Manage your patient appointments with the integrated Diary
The astraia software includes a calendar for organising patient appointments which is connected to the database. This means that all relevant patient data is transferred to the diary automatically, but also that the patient record can be opened directly from the diary. In addition, it is possible to send the DICOM worklist to the ultrasound machine.
Thanks to the extensive configuration options, you can set up the diary according to your needs. For example, you can easily define the availability of stuff or rooms on the different days of the week.
Furthermore, you can create a list of appointment types and set the duration and a colour tag for each one of them. Thus, when booking a patient, only the type has to be selected and the duration is automatically applied.

Double-clicking on an appointment takes you to the appointment dialog containing the most important information. The patient can be opened directly from here.
